Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which Lumos (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) ships products purchased from www.lumos.international.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

In rare cases, processing times may extend due to stock verification, customs clearance, or high order volume.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

If international shipping is enabled in the future, applicable customs duties and regulations will apply.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Remote location serviceability
  • Weather disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier delays beyond our control

Lumos is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any applicable taxes or import duties (for products sourced internationally) are included in the final price unless otherwise stated.

There are no hidden charges post-checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.


6. Failed Delivery & Re-Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of the recipient
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The courier may attempt re-delivery as per their policy.

If the shipment is returned to Lumos due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged Packages in Transit

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Record a video before opening the package.
  • Contact us within 48 hours at hardik@lumos.international with photographic or video evidence.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement.


8. Delays Beyond Control

Lumos is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier disruptions
  • Force majeure events

We will, however, assist customers in tracking and resolving delayed shipments wherever possible.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

Lumos is not liable for:

  • Incorrect address entry
  • Delivery to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Delays caused by incomplete contact information
